Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at hello@cornishclean.co.uk.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used cleaning products unless they are faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
